I attended ColOpt 2026 on August 20, 2026, at HST Forum 101, Lehigh University, in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

I especially appreciated the funding-agencies session, which offered early-career researchers guidance on funding opportunities and the proposal process.

Many thanks to Lehigh ISE and the organizers, especially Luis Nunes Vicente and Zahra Khatti, for putting this event together.
